Absolute Cuisine’s ethos is to provide a high quality flexible bespoke service at sensible prices. No event is too big or too small. We take pride in offering meticulous attention to detail from the initial contact through to clearing up after an event.
Many clients have firm ideas about what they want, others need advice and we are very happy to guide you so that you get the result that you want. It is your event after all!
We will organise the complete event if you want us to, from marquees, tables and chairs, to providing the catering, crockery, cutlery, glasses and whatever else is required in order to make your event run smoothly. We can also provide staff to waiter, serve drinks, clear up and generally help the event run smoothly.
Absolute Cuisine was started in 2004 and since then has steadily grown and developed with the opening of our new commercial kitchen in October 2008 in High Wycombe. The Company Director Carol Horner now has a small and enthusiastic team, headed by Will Lewis as Chef Manager, who all share a love and passion for good food and strive to provide the highest quality.
Wherever possible we always try to use local produce and all of it comes from reputable suppliers and is of the highest quality. We do not use additives or preservatives in our food and it is all freshly prepared and made in our kitchen and then transported or else prepared on site depending upon the occasion.
